I'd give it more than 3 stars, everything was brand-new.

The beautiful double room layout impressed me with a separated sink, shower, and tub. Plenty of electrical outlets made it convenient for my devices. The lighting was great, a feature lacking in many hotels. The location near Kankodori was perfect. I easily got streetcar passes nearby and didn't have to return to the JR Station. The hotel lobby had excellent amenities, including toiletries and even lavender bath salts. The English proficiency of the staff could be better. I had some difficulty communicating specific requests, though they were nice. My stay was enjoyable with some minor communication hitches.

Luxury hotel, breakfast was good, favourable location in the centre of the city. Soundproof, reasonably large rooms and nice bathrooms. Exceptionally comfortable bed, super-friendly and really friendly staff members at the reception desk. Location short walk to Nagasaki with the tram directly outside and lots of restaurants nearby, a shopping district, and the main train station though-where the major shopping mall is. Easy check-in, parking nearby. Free Wi-Fi available.

excellent access to dining and public transport options

during my stay, I loved how the hotel was right at the entrance of a shopping arcade and just a short stroll to Chinatown, making it perfect for exploring local eats and attractions like the Nagasaki Museum of History and Culture, less than a kilometer away.

I found the location fantastic, right above a vibrant shopping area. The friendly staff provided excellent service, answering my questions and giving great recommendations. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, with a nice foot massager for relaxation.

The location was super convenient, with tons of places to eat in the shopping arcade right downstairs. And a foot massager in our room was a lifesaver after long days exploring, especially with a baby in tow.

For dads, it would be great if the parking situation was easier, especially with kids in tow and lots of luggage.
